Manager Umwelt- & Arbeitsschutz / Genehmigungsmanagement (m/w/d)

Lead the EHS department with disciplinary authority, managing resources, career development, and team growth. Serve as central contact for authorities and industrial park operators, steering all environmental and emission protection permitting procedures including application submission. Implement and maintain integrated management systems per ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards. Act as designated official for emission control and incident reporting, ensuring compliance with StörfallV and BImSchG regulations. Conduct hazard assessments, HAZOP analyses, and accident investigations to develop preventive measures. Oversee hazardous substance usage, including measurements and inventory management, while driving environmental strategies. Facilitate internal and external audits and organize safety training sessions to strengthen safety culture. Collaborate closely with EHS teams across Europe and globally. Full-time position with 37.5-hour work week; requires advanced degree in natural sciences or engineering with multiple years of industrial experience in EHS, permitting, and team leadership.
