Job Summary
Oversee preparation and distribution of quarterly financial statements to Limited Partners; oversee schedules supporting general ledger balances; calculate and distribute capital call notices; interpret Limited Partnership Agreement terms; calculate complex waterfall structures; complete regulatory forms; calculate and distribute proceeds to Limited Partners; interact with General Partners and respond to information requests; review investment packages for correct beneficiary and amounts; calculate management fees; interact with auditors; complete audit confirmations; multi-task across client deliverables and internal demands; provide leadership, supervision, and coaching to the team; conduct ongoing team trainings and provide input on global training opportunities; maintain daily leadership and drive performance across the fund.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- 5 – 7+ years’ supervisory experience in performance management, training, talent acquisition and retention
- 5 – 7+ years’ (relevant) experience in Accounting or related field
- MBA or MSA strongly preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license strongly preferred
- Experience in forecasting and budgeting during an accelerated growth period
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge of Investran or other partnership accounting software a plus
