Job Summary
Manage both existing sales pipelines and develop new business opportunities by creating proposals and presentations that nurture partnerships. Identify customer trends to build short, medium, and long-term sales targets while motivating the team and tracking performance metrics. Develop overarching outbound sales strategies, implement best practices, and oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, quality control, employee retention, and scheduling. Maintain a vehicle with a valid license for customer visits and report metrics to drive growth within the Two Maids - Worthington family-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Have a vehicle that will be driven to customers' homes
- Valid driver's license
- Car insurance (minimum liability)
- Good work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
