Job Summary
Turnaround and Restructuring Manager role within KPMG Australia’s national team, based in Sydney. Engage in advisory, restructuring, and formal insolvency engagements, deploying data analytics to diagnose issues, conduct cashflow modelling, due diligence, and report writing to deliver superior client outcomes. Build trusted partnerships with clients across banks, private credit, and executives; perform scenario planning and going concern analysis; prepare marketing proposals and pitch packs, and work with a national team to deliver value across deal advisory, debt advisory, and transaction services. Requires post-graduate-level certifications (CA/CPA/CFA/ARITA/TMA) and a balance of analytical skills with commercial acumen; flexible, collaborative, and able to contribute to a diverse, inclusive culture.
Required Qualifications
