Job Summary
Manage truckload brokerage operations by developing carrier relationships, negotiating charges, and arranging transport to achieve revenue and profit objectives. Establish performance metrics, monitor daily KPIs, and ensure track and trace compliance while resolving invoice discrepancies. Define process improvements to optimize departmental performance and confirm client shipments are delivered timely and damage-free. Document carrier contracts and utilize historical data to maximize margins. Requires strong analytical and negotiation skills with 5+ years in 3PL or brokerage. Standard hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P., Monday through Friday, with potential for extended evening and weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-year experience in 3PL or Brokerage Environment
- Position may require extended hours including evenings and weekends

- Associates Degree or equivalent preferred, but not required
