Job Summary
Manage truckload brokerage operations by developing and negotiating carrier relationships to enhance capacity retention and optimize margins. Establish performance metrics, monitor daily KPIs, and ensure track and trace compliance while confirming timely, damage-free deliveries for clients. Define process improvements, document carrier contracts, and resolve invoice discrepancies to support Accounts Payable activities. Maximize operational effectiveness through data-driven decision-making and team collaboration. Requires strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and five years of 3PL or brokerage experience. Customary hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P., Monday through Friday, with potential for evening and weekend work during special events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-year experience in 3PL or Brokerage Environment
- Position may require extended hours including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent preferred, but not required
