Job Summary
Manager, Treasury & Strategic Finance Operations responsible for leading treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking relationships, and cross-functional initiatives to optimize financial processes and working capital. Collaborates with FP&A and leadership to develop long-term financial models and forecasts, oversees accounts payable efficiency, and drives improvements in treasury operations, cash positioning, and capital management. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics (CPA/CTP/CFA preferred), 5+ years in treasury/financial planning/strategic finance (SaaS/tech preferred), strong cash management and financial modeling skills, ERP and advanced Excel proficiency, and eligibility to work in Canada with successful completion of a criminal records check.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of treasury, financial planning, or strategic finance experience (preferably in SaaS/tech)
- Strong understanding of cash management, financial modeling, and liquidity planning
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel modeling is essential
- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada
