Job Summary
Coordinate equity and debt financing processes from initiation to close, managing due diligence and confidential data rooms. Develop and maintain complex financial models integrating income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections for strategic and transactional purposes. Interpret term sheets and financing structures to translate data into presentations and investment materials for senior management. Serve as the primary contact for investors, banks, and financial advisors while fostering cross-functional collaboration with legal, accounting, and business teams. Ensure adherence to transaction timelines and data quality standards. This role supports FlixTrain's capital structure and growth strategy within a hybrid work environment offering up to 60 days of remote work annually.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Transaktionsmanagement

- Erfahrung in der abteilungsübergreifenden internen Koordination mit Rechts-, Buchhaltungs- und Geschäftsteams
- Strategisches Urteilsvermögen

- Erstellung investorenorientierter Materialien
- Unterstützung einer kohärenten Kapitalmarktstrategie
