Job Summary
Manager, Treasury and Collections at a PE-backed SaaS software company overseeing treasury, collections, and corporate reporting. Responsible for cash management, cash-flow forecasting, FX/interest exposure management, banking administration, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Leads day-to-day collections, optimizes DSO and AR KPIs, and drives automation and governance for treasury and collections processes. Requires CPA designation, a Bachelor's in Accounting, 6–8+ years of relevant experience, ERP/receivables tooling proficiency, and eligibility to obtain government security clearances. Location-based role based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (in-person).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA designation
- 6-8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, treasury, or financial operations
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct and QuickBooks)
- Experience with treasury & collections KPIs and process improvement
- Ability to obtain government Reliability security clearance and work legally in Canada
