Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for OEM and vendor financing arrangements, including derivative and hedge accounting, within CoreWeave’s Treasury Accounting function. Collaborate with AP/GBS, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate operations, disclosures in Forms 10-Q/10-K, and strong internal controls (SOX). Manage designation and accounting for derivatives under ASC 815, support hedge effectiveness documentation, and drive process improvements in OEM financing and derivatives workflows. Based in Dallas, TX, requiring deep U.S. GAAP knowledge and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; CPA preferred and 7+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Background in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or industry experience
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
