Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of the Travel Services program and assigned operational programs, leading a team to drive execution across retail stores and field leadership. Provide oversight of functional operations, support infrastructure, compliance processes, and business controls while developing tools and processes that simplify operations for store and field leaders. Facilitate resolution of operational, technical, vendor, and process-related issues, and lead new initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve. Partner with business owners to operationalize strategies, manage vendor relationships, and drive adoption of new business programs and strategic initiatives. Maintain operational procedures, training documentation, and support resources to ensure scalability and alignment with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in retail operations, business management, or other applicable field
- Proven operational leadership and program management experience
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence outcomes across functional areas
- Results-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills across functional areas
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated individual and comfortable leading discussions in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience developing guides, presentations, and training materials
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive and in-depth background check
