Job Summary
Lead and oversee operational, administrative, and outreach activities for the trauma program; coordinate interdisciplinary management across the trauma care continuum; develop and implement clinical protocols and practice management guidelines; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies; requires a Bachelor’s degree and CA RN license with 2+ years of leadership in a trauma setting; certifications in BLS/ACLS/PALS is preferred; experience with Meditech EMR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a trauma program or similar setting
- Current CA RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, CEN preferred but not required
- EMR: Meditech
