Job Summary
The Manager of Transplant Coordinators at LifeLink is responsible for oversight, mentoring, education, and evaluation of Transplant Coordinators, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Candidates should have a BSN, RN, or PA, with four years of relevant experience and demonstrated leadership abilities. The position involves occasional high stress and on-call hours, with flexibility required.
Required Qualifications
- BSN, RN, or PA or equivalent
- Four years’ experience as a procurement coordinator or experience in critical care nursing
- Physical ability to lift, carry and/or move equipment and supplies of varying weight from 1 to 50 pounds
