Job Summary
Lead finance-driven transformation initiatives across finance operations, including digitization and process improvements. Coordinate special finance initiatives related to compliance, restructuring, or integration; conduct financial impact analysis for proposed changes or investments; collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system upgrades or new tools; monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables; develop dashboards and progress reports for senior leadership; promote change management and stakeholder engagement throughout transformation efforts. Requires essential Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of experience in finance transformation or strategic project roles, and proficiency with project management tools and ERP systems. Desirable PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification and experience leading cross-departmental initiatives. Responsibilities emphasize finance transformation, strategic analysis and modelling, ERP/technology integration, and performance tracking in a Dubai-based real estate asset management context.
Required Qualifications
