Job Summary
As a Manager Transformation Office, you will build, establish, and continuously improve governance for cross-functional and multi-market transformation programs, ensuring clear decision rights, accountability, and reliable governance execution. You will define governance routines and artifacts (frameworks, escalation paths, decision trackers, quality gates, templates, checklists, and playbooks) to coordinate transformation work, identify overlaps and misalignments across countries and functions, flag issues in challenger roles, and coordinate with diverse internal stakeholders to share best practices and build learnings. You will lead governance delivery with proactive problem-solving and the ability to structure ambiguity into decisions, while managing multiple priorities and delivering clear, structured updates and decision proposals to executives.
Required Qualifications
- proven experience in transformation projects and/or program governance
- Ideally 3+ years of consulting experience combined with project/PM experience
- degree in business administration, economics, law, finance, organizational development, or a comparable field
- strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- excellent communication capabilities and ability to provide clear, structured updates
- business-fluent in English
