Job Summary
Lead transformation enablement by translating strategic ambitions into concrete change initiatives while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and acting as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders. Drive progress on large-scale restructuring, recovery, and strategic execution programs by bridging conceptual directions with practical implementation and leveraging specific expertise to develop adopted solutions. Manage stakeholder relationships tactically to ensure changes are realized, while contributing to the development of the Transformation Enablement proposition through active knowledge building and networking. Work within a growing community focused on organizational and technology change management, applying insights from complex, high-pressure environments to deliver impactful client transformations.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde WO-master
- ten minste zes jaar ervaring in consultancy of het begeleiden van complexe projecten binnen publieke of maatschappelijke contexten
- Ervaring met het leiden van projecten en het adviseren van stakeholders op tactisch niveau, waarbij inhoud en richting samenkomen
- Sterk in het doorgronden van complexe vraagstukken en het helder structureren van informatie, met oog voor detail én samenhang
- Een gestructureerde werkwijze, focus op kwaliteit en de drive om kennis te delen en te verbinden met collega's uit verschillende expertisegebieden
- Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels op C1-niveau, essentieel voor effectieve samenwerking in diverse omgevingen
Desired Qualifications
- Leiderschaps- of coachingservaring is een pré
