Job Summary
Lead evaluation of transformation opportunities across AI, automation, and tooling; build ROI models and business cases; facilitate cross-functional discovery workshops; map current and future-state processes; partner with business owners to define scope and adoption accountability; track post-deployment results; work with People Operations on change enablement; travel up to 25% to support initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a transformation or strategy function
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proficiency with LLMs (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), BI and data tools
- Ability to build ROI models and business cases
- Strong facilitation and executive-communication skills
- Experience with AI/ML applications, RPA, workflow automation, and enterprise tooling
- Comfort interpreting BI outputs (Power BI) and using process-m mapping tools (Lucidchart)
- Experience in telecom, broadband, utilities, or similarly complex industries
- Ability to collaborate with business owners and executive leadership
- Change enablement and adoption planning
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience with AI/ML applications, RPA, workflow automation, and enterprise tooling
- Strong facilitation skills with executive-level presentation ability
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
