Job Summary
Lead management of finance transformation and AMOA projects, conducting performance diagnostics across processes, tools, and organizational structures. Optimize financial functions including accounting and management control by delivering recommendations for data governance and process improvement. Drive ERP, EPM, and digitalization initiatives for end-to-end processes, managing full project lifecycles from requirement definition through deployment. Support general directors and finance teams in refining performance models, defining KPIs, and leading change adoption for new systems. Serve as a key resource for the firm's commercial and methodological development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Superior accounting training (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA, or Business School)
- Professional English level
- Ability to obtain work authorization (residence permit, work permit, etc.)
- Master 2 degree from a business school, engineering school, or university
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a consulting firm, ESN, or financial direction
- Experience in transformation projects
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Initiative and ability to work within a collective
- Innovation and technology as drivers of development
- Strong knowledge of functional financial processes (accounting, management, P2P, O2C)
- Experience with financial market IT tools (ERP, EPM, or BI)
- Experience in leading and managing missions with a large degree of autonomy
- Active participation in the methodological and commercial development of service offerings
- Reasonable ability to exchange in Business English
