Job Summary
Lead transformation initiatives for public sector organizations, guiding multidisciplinary teams through organizational design, change management, and process improvement. Advise directors on strategy, evaluate program outcomes, and implement AI-driven operational changes while managing commercial results and coaching junior consultants. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate policy into practical processes and strengthen cross-sector partnerships in justice and healthcare. You will work on complex projects ranging from organizational restructuring to independent program evaluations, requiring five years of relevant experience in the public sector or consulting. A master's degree and strong analytical skills are essential. - is up to date with AI developments and has a vision on the impact of AI on organizations
- has a master's degree, for example in business administration or management, criminology, or change studies
- has extensive experience with organizational, process, and/or change issues and project-based work, and knows how to distinguish main and secondary issues
- has excellent Dutch communication skills in speech and writing, and is convincing at director and management level
