Job Summary
Manager Transfer Pricing role leading the TP compliance lifecycle for Hasbro’s International Tax function. You will own the annual TP compliance cycle (Master File, local files, disclosures), run quarterly/year-end TP close (segmentation, profit reconciliation, testing arm’s-length results, adjustments, TP provision), and collaborate with Accounting, Controllership, Legal, and external advisors. You’ll maintain intercompany agreements, drive automation and process improvements, and support TP policy implementation while leveraging tax technology to streamline workflows across a global footprint. The position is onsite at Hasbro’s Boston HQ (initially Pawtucket, RI or Boston), with the role grounded in hands-on transfer pricing execution and cross-functional partnership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or an equivalent area at a Big Four accounting firm and/or large multinational corporation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Proven track record managing the transfer pricing close process and provision
- Hands-on experience with transfer pricing compliance and documentation, including Master File and Local file preparation
- Solid knowledge of OECD transfer pricing guidelines and U.S. and international tax regulations
- Proficiency in financial data analysis, reconciliation, modeling, and accounting
- Strong attention to detail while managing multiple compliance deadlines and competing priorities
- Self-starter with a structured, hands-on mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment
- Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot, Alteryx, Claude, and other technology tools
