Job Summary
Lead the preparation of Financial Due Diligence and Vendor Due Diligence reports, evaluating Quality of Earnings and benchmarking Net Working Capital. Analyze balance sheets to identify debt-like items and critically assess target forecasts while highlighting risks and opportunities. Engage in client meetings as the primary contact for day-to-day FDD execution, supporting buy-side and sell-side assignments across the transaction lifecycle. Mentor analysts and associates to foster a collaborative learning environment within the London-based Deal Advisory practice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years' experience in Transaction Services or another relevant field
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong team orientation
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven record in managing relationships with clients
Desired Qualifications
- Chartered Accountancy
- Experience in business development strategy
