Job Summary
Lead the preparation and delivery of Financial Due Diligence, Vendor Due Diligence, and Vendor Assist reports for buy-side and sell-side assignments. Evaluate Quality of Earnings, analyze Net Working Capital benchmarks, and identify debt-like items through in-depth balance sheet reviews. Critically assess target forecasts to highlight key risks and opportunities while acting as the primary contact for client meetings. Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory specialists across the Interpath network to deliver successful transactions. Support business development initiatives to contribute to the growth of our Financial Services sector practice. Based in London, this role requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of Transaction Services experience, and familiarity with the Financial Services sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years' experience in Transaction Services or another relevant field
- Experience working on transactions within the Financial Services sector
Desired Qualifications
- Chartered Accountancy, or other similar professional qualification
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and strong team orientation
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven record of managing senior client relationships
- Experience supporting business development and originating opportunities
