Job Summary
The Manager Transaction Management oversees the management and support of mortgage purchase, whole loan sale, and securitization transactions, focusing on coordinating complex processes and ensuring timely closure of loan transactions. This role involves building relationships with stakeholders, evaluating loan due diligence, and supporting credit and compliance reviews. Candidates should have 6-8 years of mortgage industry experience, strong understanding of whole loan transactions, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or relevant field
- 6-8 years of mortgage industry experience
- Knowledge of mortgage banking, secondary markets, whole loan transactions and securitizations
- Ability to engage individuals and groups effectively
- Strong communication skills

- Experience in residential mortgage transactions
