Job Summary
Manage a high-volume real estate transaction team and personally oversee a portfolio of acquisitions and dispositions from contract through closing. Lead, coach, and performance-manage Transaction Coordinators/Settlement Processors; establish and track KPIs; hire and mentor staff; develop and update policies/training materials; ensure contract, HUD/Closing Disclosure accuracy, lender coordination, and construction loan draws. Oversee listings, photography, and CRM updates; coordinate with title, lenders, and third parties to resolve issues; collaborate with Sales and Construction for timely closings; support market expansion and relationships with title companies and brokers; uphold high levels of customer service for buyers, sellers, and partners. Requires 2+ years of people management in settlement/title/transaction management and 5+ years of real estate transaction experience; bachelor’s degree; comfort with high-volume environments; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.
