Job Summary
Manager, Transaction Management leads a real estate transaction team through acquisition and disposition cycles from contract to closing, while personally managing a portfolio and driving KPI-based performance. Responsibilities include supervising and developing Transaction Coordinators/Settlement Processors, reviewing contracts and HUD/Closing Disclosure statements for accuracy, coordinating with lenders on loan requests, overseeing listings and CRM updates, resolving complex transaction issues (e.g., title defects, surveys, seller challenges), and collaborating with Sales and Construction teams to ensure timely closings. The role demands hands-on ownership, assertiveness, ability to manage high-volume transactions, strong customer service focus, and capacity to mentor staff, build policies and training materials, and hire/train team members. Requires 2+ years of people management in settlement/title/transaction management, 5+ years of real estate transaction experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. The position is fully remote across the United States with a fast-paced, high-growth environment and opportunities to expand market presence.
