Job Summary
Manager, Transaction Management leads and coaches the transaction team through real estate acquisitions and dispositions from contract through closing. Oversees coordination activities, reviews contracts and disclosures for accuracy, manages a personal pipeline alongside the team, and drives KPI-driven performance. Responsibilities include supervising Transaction Coordinators/Settlement Processors, developing training materials and policies, maintaining MLS/CRM data quality, coordinating with lenders and title companies, resolving complex settlement issues (including title defects, surveys, and utilities), and collaborating with Sales and Construction teams to ensure timely closings. Requires hands-on leadership, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; 2+ years of people management and 5+ years of transaction experience; Bachelors degree; proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; ability to work evenings/weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management
- 5+ years of real estate transaction experience
- Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions
- Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
