Job Summary
As a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services team, you will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services, working closely with firm leadership to meet clients' complex financial needs. The role involves data gathering, document review, and preparation of quality earnings reports, as well as conducting financial analyses and communicating with clients to deliver exceptional service. A successful candidate will have significant experience in a large accounting firm, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possibly a CPA certification. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related
- Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred, not required
- High motivation, initiative and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities appropriately
- Intermediate modeling and excel skills, experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management and ability to lead initiatives
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
- Ability to comfortably interact with senior level client personnel
