Job Summary
Manage transaction advisory engagements including due diligence, quality-of-earnings analysis, and financial advisory services; perform data gathering, document review, and preparation of earnings-quality reports; conduct research and financial analysis of target companies; support buy-side and sell-side due diligence, client communications, and firm marketing/recruiting activities; collaborate with leadership to drive client service and develop team members in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related
- Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred, not required
