Job Summary
Hands-on Manager, Training & Development to build CARIAN University; responsible for designing and delivering training programs, LMS content, learning paths, and rollout plans; develop materials (course outlines, facilitator guides, job aids); coordinate with HR, leadership, and subject matter experts; convert business requirements into practical training content; manage LMS organization, course assignment, tracking, and reporting; establish standards for future training development; support supervisor/manager training, onboarding, compliance, and leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in training, learning and development, instructional design, organizational development, HR development, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Experience building training programs, curriculum, LMS content, and employee learning materials
- Experience with TalentLMS or similar learning management systems preferred but not required
- Strong writing, organization, facilitation, and content development skills
- Ability to work with executives, managers, HR, and subject matter experts
- Strong PowerPoint, Word, and learning content development skills
- Experience with supervisor training, manager training, compliance training, onboarding, or leadership development preferred
- Professional services, consulting, utility, engineering, construction, or technical services experience preferred
- Ability to work independently, organize ambiguity, and create practical deliverables quickly
- Comfortable working in-office and supporting a fast-moving business environment
