Job Summary
Develop and execute deep-dive hardware and software certifications for internal staff and dealer partners. Create standardized demo scripts and workflows to train personnel on using Mimaki's hardware to tell compelling business stories across different vertical markets. Build the sales enablement framework covering prospecting, value-based selling, and competitive displacement. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for regional managers to ensure training consistency across all territories. Partner with Human Resources on new-hire orientation and collaborate with IT to train staff on CRM and ERP workflows. Manage digital infrastructure for tracking certifications and course completions using the Learning Management System. Lead the physical and narrative setup of Experience Centers to ensure lighting, sample quality, and storytelling are perfectly aligned. Primarily office-based with up to 30% travel required to support training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, instructional design, or related field (preferred)
- 8+ years related experience in corporate training
- Practitioner-leader demonstrating mastery in four core areas
- Expert at building structured learning paths including needs analysis, content development, and post-training evaluation
- Hands-on proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo)
- Ability to understand and distill a 200-page technical engineering manual down to a high-impact, 5-page 'Quick Start Sales Guide'
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Proficient in Company-provided hardware and software
- Ability to regularly sit
- Ability to talk or hear
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
