Job Summary
Conduct customer service, sales, and financial management duties while building long-term relationships by listening to needs and recommending optional products. Contact customers regarding payment reminders and assist the Manager in exceeding office goals through delegated workload analysis and loan document review. Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, and performance management to prepare for leadership roles within consumer finance. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to relocate; schedule includes Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with potential extended hours and Saturday coverage.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Some extended hours during the week as needed
