Job Summary
Manager Trainee program to develop future leaders in consumer finance. In 10-12 months, gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, while earning competitive pay and incentives. Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations; build long-term customer relationships; offer optional products; contact customers regarding payment reminders; assist Manager in meeting office goals; learn management duties such as delegating workload, analyzing loan documents, recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership. On-site role located in Amite, LA, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and occasional extended hours; relocation upon promotion into management. Required Qualifications
