Manager Trainee

Conduct customer service, sales, and financial management duties while developing long-term client relationships through personalized product recommendations and payment arrangement coordination. Assist branch managers in exceeding office goals by delegating employee workload, analyzing loan documents, and supporting recruitment and staff development initiatives. Perform all assigned management responsibilities including performance management and leadership tasks within the consumer finance sector. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to relocate; schedule includes Monday through Friday with potential extended hours and Saturday coverage.
