Job Summary
Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations through Tower Loan’s full-time Manager Development Program designed to develop future leaders in consumer finance. In 10-12 months you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives. Responsibilities include assisting the manager to exceed office goals; developing customer relationships and identifying optional products to serve customers; contacting customers regarding payments; delegating workload and analyzing loan documents; developing skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership; and performing other duties as assigned. Location is On-Site in Bessemer, AL.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management
