Manager Trainee

Conduct customer service, sales, and financial management duties while developing long-term customer relationships through needs assessment and product recommendations. Manage office operations by assisting with payment reminders, delegating employee workload, and analyzing loan documents to exceed established goals. Support management responsibilities including recruitment, staff development, and performance management. Requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to relocate; offers competitive pay, performance incentives, and a 10-12 month development path. Full-time on-site role Monday through Friday with extended hours as needed.
