Manager Trainee

Conduct customer service, sales, and financial management duties while assisting managers in exceeding office goals. Listen to customer needs to recommend best services, offer optional products, and contact customers regarding payment reminders. Support management responsibilities by delegating workload, analyzing loan documents, and contributing to recruitment, staff development, and performance management. Perform all other duties as assigned. This full-time role includes Monday through Friday hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential extended hours including Saturdays. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to relocate are required.
