Job Summary
Conduct customer service, sales, and financial operations while developing long-term relationships by listening to needs and recommending products. Contact customers regarding payment reminders and assist managers in exceeding office goals through delegated workload analysis and loan document review. Support management responsibilities including recruitment, staff development, and performance management. Perform all other duties as assigned. Full-time on-site role Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some extended hours including Saturdays. Requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to relocate.
