Job Summary
Manager Development Program role for Manager Trainees to gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and operations. Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending services; offer optional products to best serve customers. Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements. Assist the Manager in exceeding office goals and providing support in management duties, including delegation of workload, analysis of loan documents, recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership. The program runs 10-12 months and focuses on growing into leadership roles through comprehensive training, with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
