Job Summary
Conduct customer service, sales, and financial management duties while developing long-term client relationships through needs assessment and product recommendations. Contact customers regarding payment reminders and assist managers in exceeding office goals by analyzing loan documents and delegating workload. Support management responsibilities including recruitment, staff development, and performance management. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to relocate. Schedule includes Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with potential extended hours and Saturday coverage.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
