Job Summary
Manager Trainee program to develop future leaders in consumer finance: in 10–12 months, gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations; learn management responsibilities including delegation, recruitment, staff development, and performance management while supporting office goals. On-site role in Columbia, MO; requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
