Job Summary
Become a Manager Trainee in Tower Loan's Manager Development Program. In 10-12 months, gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations; develop long-term customer relationships and leadership skills; assist Manager in meeting office goals; participate in recruitment, staff development, and performance management; develop and demonstrate management responsibilities, including delegation and loan-document analysis; on-site training with a focus on leadership and growth opportunities. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with some extended hours during the week and occasional Saturdays; relocation upon promotion into management. Tower Loan emphasizes comprehensive training, internal promotion, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles.
