Job Summary
Manager Trainee to rotate through front-of-house and back-of-house operations in Roseville, CA, overseeing opening/mid-shift/closing procedures, conducting line checks and HACCP documentation, leading shift huddles and providing real-time feedback, monitoring sales, labor, and food costs, assisting with inventory and ordering plans, and supporting on-campus marketing events and community partnerships. Requires ≥1 year in guest-service roles, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety/sanitation; evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Compensation: $30.00/hour with full benefits for FT employees.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or similar guest-service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and deliver excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
