Job Summary
Manage driver compliance, load assignments, and freight routing while ensuring DOT regulations and safety culture are met. Build relationships with carriers and customers to optimize fleet operations, minimize turnover, and drive profitability through continuous improvement initiatives. Fill in for absent personnel, handle administrative duties including payroll and budget management, and coordinate maintenance for equipment. Work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends, with the ability to travel to account locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or related field
- equivalent military experience
- Willingness to travel to account, customer, and company event locations
- Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends
