Job Summary
Manager Trainee at Hertz Local Edition to support location performance, achieve sales goals, and learn all aspects of operations and leadership with the goal of promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. Responsibilities include sales and customer service, applying sales techniques and CRM best practices, fleet logistics and inventory control, store operations and compliance, vehicle and facility care, and finance processes. Development includes leadership training, shadowing management, scheduling, performance coaching, and contributing to the company’s financial wellbeing through structured training; role requires high school diploma and valid driver’s license, with a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
