Job Summary
Manage convenience store operations by overseeing food outlets like Tim Horton's and Dunkin Donuts while adhering to all safety regulations. Work hands-on alongside employees to train, coach, and evaluate performance, ensuring quality standards and positive customer interactions. Maintain premises cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and landscaping, and perform regular maintenance on mechanical systems. Prepare and review staffing schedules and financial reports. Complete an intensive paid training program including ServSafe Management certification. This role requires a valid driver's license for specific departments, flexibility for any schedule including holidays, and six months of prior leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months to one year of leadership, management, or key holder experience
- Must be able to demonstrate consistent work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for providing great customer service
- A courteous and professional demeanor
- Patience, motivation, and initiative to lead others
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time, with or without accommodation
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight, with or without accommodation
- Flexibility to work at any of the local locations
- Schedule flexibility to include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Year-round schedule availability
