Job Summary
Uphold customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards for quality while working hands-on alongside employees. Master basic employee responsibilities within your assigned department through training, coaching, and evaluating performance. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and maintain cleanliness of premises including sweeping, mopping, and landscaping. Prepare and review reports covering staffing schedules and financials. Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs to mechanical systems or equipment. Address all customers in a positive, enthusiastic, and professional manner. Complete a paid management training program including ServSafe certification before overseeing store operations and applicable food outlets.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months to one year of leadership, management, or key holder experience
- Must be able to demonstrate consistent work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for providing great customer service
- A courteous and professional demeanor
- Patience, motivation, and initiative to lead others
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time, with or without accommodation
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight, with or without accommodation
- Flexibility to work at any of the local locations
- Schedule flexibility to include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Year-round schedule availability
