Manager Trainee

Manage rental operations and lead teams at Budget locations by handling customer interactions, overseeing departments, and coordinating fleet flow and inventory. Execute counter duties including opening/closing rentals, modifying contracts, and updating manifests while selling add-ons to boost revenue. Resolve customer issues on the spot regarding charges, damage claims, and directions, and prepare daily reports to track performance. Coach, train, and supervise team members to ensure smooth operations across the store. Work a 5-day schedule with full weekend and open availability, maintaining a clean driving record and passing background checks.
