Job Summary
Monitor rental agency operations and fleet inventory to match customer demands while managing counter systems for contracts and manifests. Boost sales by promoting add-ons like insurance and vehicle upgrades, and handle opening/closing routines with security protocols. Solve customer issues regarding charges or vehicle problems, and whip up daily reports to track inventory and wins. Assist with training, supervising, and mentoring team members to build skills and crush goals. Collaborate with managers to keep operations running smoothly and help fellow agents at nearby locations. This full-time, 5-day week role includes PTO, health benefits, and a 401K, with trainees typically advancing to management in 3-6 months.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18+
- A clean driving record in the last 3 years (with some exceptions)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
