Manager Trainee

Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the General Manager. Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and ensuring employee productivity. Keep the store clean and safe by complying with health and sanitation procedures while managing merchandising, marketing programs, cash handling, fuel transactions, and the Speedy Rewards loyalty program. Conduct area pricing surveys using a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Requires at least one year of retail management experience or a high school diploma/GED.
