Manager Trainee

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the General Manager for all store employees. Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and empowering staff to ensure productivity. Keep the environment clean and safe by complying with health and sanitation procedures while ensuring products are in-stock. Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs, manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the Speedy Rewards loyalty program. A valid driver's license is required to conduct area pricing surveys. Full-time hours are available with competitive pay, including 401K, weekly paychecks, paid holidays, and medical/dental/vision coverage.
